6 and 8 are located coaxially opposite each other and their number may be the same. The flow sections of the openings 6 and 8 can be made variable and have a different profile, for example, in the form of a narrowing truncated cone or in the form of a confueor-diffuser sog1la with a pinch in the middle part. The holes 8 of the plate 7 can be provided with pipes 9. When the burner is operating, pipe 1 is supplied, for example, air, and pipe 2 is supplied with gas. Air outlet
expires through the openings 6, and the gas through the openings 8. In front of the plate 5, the air and gas flows are partially mixed and further mixing occurs behind the plate 5 after exiting the openings 6. The resulting air-gas mixture ignites. By selecting the ratio of the diameters of the holes 6, 8 to the thickness of the plates 5, 7, as well as the profile of the holes, conditions are created for a better mixing of air and gas, 8 Cp ff, 9 sludge.
The invention relates to the field of heat and power engineering and can be used in gas burning devices.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the mixture formation.
Figure 1 shows the burner, a general view; Fig. 2 shows a section A - A in Fig. 1, in Fig. 3 a plate with holes; 4 shows a burner with a cooling system; Fig. 5-9 shows options for making holes in the plates.
The burner contains coaxially mounted outer and inner pipes 1 and 2 for supplying air and gas, respectively. Pipe 1 is equipped with a pipe 3 for supplying air, and pipe 2 - a pipe 4 for supplying gas. The outlet section of the pipe 1 is blocked by a plate 5 with holes 6, and the outlet section of the pipe 2 is blocked by a plate 7 with holes 8. The holes 6 and 8 are located coaxially opposite each other. The number of holes 6 and 8 in the plates 5 and 7 may be the same.
The holes 6 or 8 of one of the plates 5 or 7 can be made with a variable flow cross section, the minimum diameter of which satisfies the ratio of 0.01 d / 1 and 100, preferably 0.1 d / l 10, where d is the minimum diameter of the hole 6 or eight; 1 - plate thickness, respectively, 5 or 7.
The ratio of the hydraulic diameter de holes 6 of the plate 5 to the hydraulic diameter di of the holes 8 of the plate 7 satisfies the relation 1 de / d) 10.
The holes 8 of the plate 7 can be provided with tubes 9 with a flow area equal to the flow area of the holes 8 and L lengths of sections extending beyond these holes 8, satisfying a ratio of 0.01 L / di 200, preferably 0.5 L / di 50 In this case, the free ends of the tubes 9 can be located relative to the outer surface of the plate 5 at a distance h, which satisfies the O: h / de: 10 ratio.
At least one of the openings 6 or 8 of the corresponding plates 5 or 7 can be made with a profile, either as a truncated cone flow or as a confusion-diffuser nozzle with a pinch in the middle part, preferably cylindrical. When
making holes 6 in the plate 5 in the form of confusor-diffuser nozzles in the latter at the level of clamping, the free ends of the tubes 9 are inserted.
One of the plates 5 or 7 may be
equipped with a cooling system comprising a chamber 10 with a cavity 11, to which nozzles 12 and 13 are connected, respectively, for supplying and discharging a cooling medium.
The burner works as follows. Air or gas can be supplied via pipes 3 or 4 to pipes 1 or 2, respectively. So. if air is supplied through pipe 3 into pipe 1, then through pipe 4 into the pipe
2 gas is supplied. When this air from the pipe 1 flows through the holes 6, and the gas from the pipe 2 flows through the holes 8.
In front of the plate 5, the air and gas flows are partially mixed and their further mixing occurs behind the plate 5 after exiting the holes 6. The resulting air-gas mixture ignites.
By selecting the ratio of the diameters of the holes 6 and 8 to the thickness of the plates 5 and 7, as well as the ratio of the diameters of the holes b and 8 to each other, the lengths of the sections of the tubes 9, the profile of the holes 6 and 8 create conditions for better mixing of air and gas, which
provides a high degree of completeness of the combustion gas and the efficiency of the burner.
